Commitment, Communication & Respect for Time

Training is a commitment for both coach and athlete. Consistency and discipline are key to growth.

Open and respectful communication is encouraged—whether about scheduling, progress, or concerns—so we can work together to create the best experience for your athlete.

Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session out of respect for other athletes and scheduling commitments.

Subscriptions, Services, & Refunds

All services paid for are non-refundable. Sessions may be scheduled flexibly as availability allows.

All sessions and packages must be scheduled and completed within the duration of the purchased service period. For packages shorter than twelve (12) months, sessions must be scheduled within six (6) months of purchase and completed within nine (9) months of purchase. For twelve (12) month packages, sessions must be scheduled and completed within the twelve-month service period. Unused sessions after the applicable period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Session dates and times are agreed upon before the client pays for service. Sessions may be rescheduled or adjusted as agreed to by both sides.

  • Sessions canceled with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
  • Sessions not rescheduled within one to two (1–2) weeks of the originally scheduled session date are forfeited. Rescheduling is accommodated as availability allows.
  • We understand that emergencies happen—we’ll extend grace when truly needed, and ask for the same understanding from families if unforeseen events arise on our end.

Parents/guardians agree to inform the coach of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect participation. In case of emergency, consent is given for appropriate medical care to be sought if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.
